The Earl of Barclay is the master of Barclay Hall. He appears in "Don't Forget the Driver" and is played by Noel Coleman.

The Earl of Barclay meets Sid, Miss Courtney, Jeremy Brown and his EFL students in front of the hall when they arrive for an educational visit. He tells them to "shove off" and threatens to sic his dogs on them, explaining that the hall is only open from 12:00 to 4:00 and it's 4:45 by the time they get there.
